“鼻塞、鼻子不通氣”用英文怎麼說

天氣變化常常引起我們的身體不適，例如感冒、過敏等情況，這可能會導致我們的鼻子變得不通氣，甚至鼻塞。我們如何用英文來表達這些情況呢？

stuffy nose

口語中，我們常用 stuffy [ˈstʌfi] nose 來表示鼻塞。

I’ve got a stuffy nose. 我鼻子塞住了。
I woke up with a stuffy nose this morning, and it’s been bothering me all day. 今天早上我醒來時鼻子就塞住了，整天都讓我感到困擾。

bunged up

bunged [bʌŋd] up 用於描述因感冒而引起的“鼻塞”症狀，更常見於英國人使用多些。

I’ve got a bunged up nose. 我鼻子堵住了。
My nose is so bunged up at the moment. 此刻我的鼻子堵住了。
Whenever I catch a cold, I end up with a bunged up nose and a sore throat.  每次感冒的時候，我的鼻子就會塞住，喉嚨也會痛。

另外，我們也可以用更通俗的說法來表達鼻子堵了。

My nose is blocked. （我的鼻子堵了。）
I can’t breathe easily / properly. （我鼻子堵了，呼吸困難）
