“理发”必备的英文表达

我们头发长了，需要去理发。那么，和“理发”相关的表达，用英文该怎么说？

首先，头发太长了，我们可以说：

I found that my hair was getting quite long.我发现我的头发太长了。
I was getting a bit shaggy. 我的头发有点乱。

剪发用 cut my hair 还是 have my hair cut?

很多人会使用 “cut my hair” 这样的表达方式来表示剪头发，但实际上它的意思是自己剪头发。如果是指让别人帮忙剪头发，应使用 “have my hair cut”。即 “do something” 表示自己亲自动手做某事，而 “get/have something done” 则是指让他人做某事。

I haven’t had my hair cut in months and it’s getting really long. I think it’s time to have my hair cut. 我好几个月没有理发了，头发长得非常长。我想是该去理发了。
