“鼻塞、鼻子不通气”用英文怎么说

天气变化常常引起我们的身体不适，例如感冒、过敏等情况，这可能会导致我们的鼻子变得不通气，甚至鼻塞。我们如何用英文来表达这些情况呢？

stuffy nose

口语中，我们常用 stuffy [ˈstʌfi] nose 来表示鼻塞。

I’ve got a stuffy nose. 我鼻子塞住了。
I woke up with a stuffy nose this morning, and it’s been bothering me all day. 今天早上我醒来时鼻子就塞住了，整天都让我感到困扰。

bunged up

bunged [bʌŋd] up 用于描述因感冒而引起的“鼻塞”症状，更常见于英国人使用多些。

I’ve got a bunged up nose. 我鼻子堵住了。
My nose is so bunged up at the moment. 此刻我的鼻子堵住了。
Whenever I catch a cold, I end up with a bunged up nose and a sore throat.  每次感冒的时候，我的鼻子就会塞住，喉咙也会痛。

另外，我们也可以用更通俗的说法来表达鼻子堵了。

My nose is blocked. （我的鼻子堵了。）
I can’t breathe easily / properly. （我鼻子堵了，呼吸困难）
