动词 + to + 动词不定式 VS 动词 + 动词-ing

动词 + 动词-ing

有些动词的后面会加上其他动词，并且是以动词-ing的形式。最常见的动词与喜欢和不喜欢相关: love, like, enjoy, don’t mind, don’t like, hate。 放在这些动词后面的其他动词通常都是动词 + ing 的形式。

I love walking in the park. 我喜欢在公园散步。
I like surfing the internet. 我喜欢上网。
I enjoy reading in my free time. 我喜欢在空闲时间阅读。
I don’t mind going with her. 我不介意和她一起去。
I don’t like eating fish. 我不喜欢吃鱼。
I hate working with him. 我讨厌和他一起工作。

时态为过去式时，第二个动词也是动词 + ing 的形式。

When I was a kid I hated walking in the dark. (不能说 I hated walked in the dark)  当我还是个孩子的时候，我讨厌在黑暗中行走。

动词-ing 拼法

动词 + ing 的形式可以参考下方的表格。

不定式	-ing	拼字规则
work study	working studying	一般规则加-ing
live write	living writing	辅音之后若有 -e，去-e加 -ing。
run swim	running swimming	辅音加元音加辅音，最后一个辅音变双辅音加 -ing
die lie	dying lying	在 -ie之后，去掉 -ie加 -ying

动词 + to + 动词不定式

许多动词后方会加上 to + 不定式。常用的有: forget, hope, learn, need, offer, plan, remember, start, want 和 would like.

I forgot to bring my wallet. 我忘记带钱包了。
I hope to go abroad. 我希望能出国。
She’s learning to swim. 她正在学习游泳。
They need to pack their things. 他们需要收拾东西。
He offered to drive us to the city. 他主动提出开车送我们到城里
I’m planning to attend the concert. 我打算去听音乐会。
Remember to go home early. 记得早点回家。
She’s starting to get mad. 她开始生气了。
We want to go hiking. 我们想去健行。
She would like to change her dress. 她想换衣服。

时态为过去式时，第二个动词也是 to + 不定式的形式。

We wanted to go hiking. (不能说 I wanted to went hiking.) 我们想去健行。

would like 的用法

would like (或 ‘d like) 与like不同。在表达一般喜好时，would like + to + 不定式，而 like + 动词-ing。

I’d like to work in this shop. 我想在这家店工作。
I like working in this shop. 我喜欢在这家店工作。

两者的意思也不同。

I’d like to work in this shop. (=I want to do it.) 我想在这家店工作。 （=我想做。）
I like working in this shop. (=I enjoy it.) 我喜欢在这家店工作。 （=我喜欢它。）

当我们提供或建议某件事时可以用 would you like… 。

Would you like a piece of candy? 你想要一块糖果吗？
Would you like to come with me? 你想跟着我一起去吗？
