I think she’ll win the competition.
I will be a good teacher.

Don’t run too fast. You’re going to fall down.
The doctor said she is going to have a surgery.

在表示預測時,will 和 be going to 有些微的差異。比較:

The concert starts in 30 minutes. We are going to be late.

We need to hurry up. We’ll be late for the concert.

“ I forget to take my cellphone.”  “Don’t worry, I’ll bring it for you.”

“Why are you putting up your shoes?” “Because I’m going to go running.”

‘Mike said he needs to talk to you.’ ‘Oh, I didn’t know. I’ll call him tonight.’

‘Mike said he needs to talk to you.’ ‘Yes, I know. I’m going to call him tonight‘ (我今晚打電話這個選擇在對話發生前就已經知道)
